**Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction**

Fine Jewelz understands that shopping online can be tricky and we want to make sure you have a hassle-free experience. We value your satisfaction and offer you 3 days to decide whether the item you purchased is perfect for you or if you would like to make an exchange.

**Exchanges and Store Credit**

We do not provide refunds on any goods sold. However, if the item meets our terms and conditions, you can conveniently exchange it for a replacement or receive store credit.

**Simple Return Process**

To initiate a return, you can easily contact us via WhatsApp at +91 9892020093 or email us at finejewelzmm@gmail.com. Please provide the following information:

– Order number
– Delivery address
– Reason for return, along with a product image for quality check. For defective or incorrect products, please include an image of the damaged item.

If your return request is approved for exchange or replacement, customer needs to courier the parcel back to us. Please ensure the returned product is unused and in its original packing condition. Requests for return, exchange, or store credit must be made within 3 days of delivery.

**Credit Note Details**

The credit value will be equivalent to the full value of the returned products, excluding any shipping or COD charges, and will be valid for 3 months.

**Exclusions**

Personalized items, sale items, offer items, and free items are not eligible for return, unless they are broken or defective. Additionally, once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged a second time and will not qualify for any further returns.

Orders with broken seals or unsealed boxes at the time of delivery will not be accepted for return.

**Cash On Delivery (COD)**

For COD orders, the box cannot be opened without making the payment at the time of delivery.

**Quality Check and Exchange**

Upon receiving your return, our team will conduct a quality check to ensure the item meets the return requirements. For any items with manufacturing defects, wrong orders, or quality issues, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with photographs of the damaged piece to schedule a free reverse pickup.

The returned item must have been delivered within the last 3 days to qualify for a free exchange. Any requests raised after the exchange period will not be considered a manufacturing defect. Please note that wear and tear damages will not qualify for a free exchange.

**No Refunds**

While we don’t offer refunds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We will exchange the product for a fresh new piece or provide store credit against the return.
