Domestic Shipping:

At Fine Jewelz, we are committed to ensuring your orders reach you on time and without any hassle. Your orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours and delivered within 3-7 Business Days, depending on the City and State.

Please note that personalized and pre-order items have a making time of up to 10 working days and cannot be dispatched any sooner than that. If you opt for Express Shipping (Air Shipping), please be aware that it applies to shipping only and not the making time. The dispatch time for Express Shipping is 24-36 hours, and the remaining time for shipping is 2-5 days, depending on the city and state.

COD (Cash on Delivery) is not available for Personalized Orders and Orders over Rs 1500/-

International Shipping:

For our international customers, we offer Free Shipping on orders over $150, and a flat charge of $20 on orders below $150. International orders are typically delivered within 7 – 15 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not considered business days for standard deliveries.

Returns and Exchanges:

International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product has been damaged.

Customs and Import Duties:

Customs and import duties for international orders are not included in the product or shipping charges. You will be responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx, etc.) at the time of your order delivery, after receiving an invoice from the shipping agent. Failure to pay the duties and taxes to receive the shipment may result in Fine Jewelz being unable to entertain a refund request.
